In 2006 Marie Wucher met Cyril Bonnard. They were both working in the kitchens at Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas, awarded 3 stars by the Michelin Guide. They spent three years there, he as sous-chef and her as pastry chef.
Together they decided to rise to a fresh challenge and move to Dubai where they joined the restaurant team at the One & Only The Palm Hotel under the orders of chef Yannick Aleno.
