Our chefs

HIM 
After cutting his teeth at the restaurant of the Parisian palace hotel Le Meurice, which holds 3 Michelin stars, his experience alongside Yannick Alleno has been enhanced by his avant-garde approach and the chef's talent for sauces. He continued his experience at Pierre Gagnaire, another triple Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris, before venturing further afield and seeing the world.
 
HER 
Trained under the wing of Christophe Michalak, the world's top pastry chef, at the Plaza Athénée in Paris, she headed to Tokyo working with Freddy Schmidt, Executive Chef from Alsace at the Conrad.
 
THEM 
In 2006 Marie Wucher met Cyril Bonnard. They were both working in the kitchens at Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas, awarded 3 stars by the Michelin Guide. They spent three years there, he as sous-chef and her as pastry chef.
Together they decided to rise to a fresh challenge and move to Dubai where they joined the restaurant team for the opening of the One & Only The Palm Hotel under the orders of chef Yannick Aleno.
